    • 12 January 12:58 pm: We have found a bug in the studbooks module that is causing this problem. The specific studbook affected has been locked out until a bug fix can be released.

    • 7 December 2:48 pm: we see the problem and will be working on a software update to fix it. ZIMS is working normally.

  • Data missing from reports: 30 November - 2 December 2020

    • 2 December 9:55 am: reports are once again running on the reporting server. The bug has also been resolved.

    • 1 December 4:55 pm: the reporting server is still “catching up” on data from live ZIMS. We see the problem - a bug in how ZIMS handles splits in extremely large groups. We are working on a solution.

    • 30 November 2:45 pm: users are reporting data missing from ZIMS reports. We have taken the reporting server offline and reports are running on the live ZIMS server in the interim while we look for a solution.

  • ZIMS slow down: 18 November 2020

    • 18 November 2020 1:24 pm: ZIMS is behaving normally again. We are still investigating the cause.

    • 21 July 9:50 am: ZIMS is back to normal. Our server host reports they were having trouble with one of their internet links; they disabled that link which seems to have cleared the problem.
